Knead a soft dough using the maida, salt, refined oil and salt. rest it for 15 minutes.
Now make a mixture of the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing".
Now make a little thick rotis out of the dough and roast them on a tawa and keep aside.
Whisk the eggs with little salt. Take a pan, heat some oil on it, put little egg mix.
Put the roasted roti on it and fry on both sides and cook till egg is done.
Put the stuffing mixture in it and roll to serve.
